Michigan, Ohio, Illinois Stevens has worked on a number of projects with Sherwood Food ranging from renovation jobs to ground up construction. Working with the client to develop a cost efficient, sustainable design was the main focus with each project. The 127,000 square foot facility in Detroit, Michigan consists of corporate offices, cold storage, dry storage, and a truck servicing area. Relocating to a 22 acre brownfield, the client benefited from tax considerations and found a developed site that was along a major interstate in Northwest Detroit. |
