The offices of Stevens Architects are located in the Historic District of Downtown Port Huron where we have been involved with Historic Renovations,churches and other significant buildings and homes. They include historic homes in North Carolina, commercial and residential buildings in Michigan and New York.Stevens Architects is located in Stevens Block which was built in the 1880's by LeRoy's Great-Grandfather. This building was renovated by LeRoy in the 1980's to modernize the mechanical systems and to enhance the historical aspects of the building. Tenants fo the Stevens Block includes three stores and one resturant. The stores have red brick walls with twelve foot tin ceilings. Upstairs are six offices, which include an attorney, a bookkeeping service, and the office of Stevens Architects. The exterior facade of the building has been cleaned and the trim is painted in mute colors popular in the 1880's. Overall the building is an asset to the active revitalization of Downtown Port Huron.
